先日より、マスターオーバーウォッチとOverbuffでユーザーデータが更新されない問題ですが、マスターオーバーウォッチから正式なアナウンスがありました。

We're aware that there are still some problems with players trying to update their competitive profiles. This is due to a problem on Blizzard's end which is currently being fixed

となり、解決には少し時間がかかりそうです。
Overbuffからはアナウンスがないのでなんとも分かりませんがおおかた似たような状況なのではないでしょうか？

でも回避方法あるんですよねぇ・・・
